MISSION PACIFIC was one of the first communities to launch Yieldstar. They have embraced the program and have had amazing success this year. Year to date, they have increased their rents by 9.82%. The team works hard to ensure that the needs of their residents are met and that they are providing nothing less than service excellence. They achieved a "Superior" score on the their Satisfacts Annual Resident Survey's and consistently score in the 4.5% or higher range on their Maintenance and Move In survey's. Way to go Team Mission Pacific.

Leticia NegretteProperty Manager
Leticia Negrette is the Manager of Kings Pointe in Kingsburg. She was promoted to this position in May last year. Leticia has done a great job in her new role. She is enthusiastic about her property and her residents and works diligently to keep her occupancy high and her delinquency low. Leticia is sincerely interested in her residents and delivering great customer service and it shows. Kings Pointe was awarded the Customer Service Award for 2011 in her region!

Chelsea LandonCreative Marketing Specialist
Chelsea Landon has helped many of our communities on adding more value to our Facebook pages. She has helped out with coming up with some new fresh ideas for our industry to keep us cutting edge, most recently with her work on QR codes. Chelsea is always willing to help out in any way possible to support our company! Chelsea has supported the marketing department in many ways such as rolling out our new Wellness Program! Cori O'HaraMaintenance Technician
Cori O'Hara is a maintenance technician assigned to Oak Park and Kings Pointe in Central Valley. He has many skills that the sites are able to utilize, that include painting, plumbing, appliance repair and welding. When the need arises, as it often does, Cori will travel to all the other sites in the region to lend a hand. He was most recently in Bakersfield helping out 2 sister sites finish up their annual unit inspections. It is great to have someone so ready and willing to help in any way he can. We are glad to have Cori on the Central Valley PLP team!
